With a lifelong passion for airplanes, Royce Schaff has become a well-known figure in the aviation industry in this region.  After completing his training and apprenticeship in the Northwest Territories, Royce received an offer from the BID Group of Companies in Vanderhoof, BC. With extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and repair, Royce specializes in the disappearing craft of aerial fabric repair. The demand for his exceptional services quickly grew, leading to the establishment of RDS Aviation. In June of 2018, RDS Aviation’s new facility was fully constructed, marking the beginning of a highly successful first year. Since then, RDS Aviation has continued to flourish, proudly serving a vast territory ranging from Watson Lake to Kelowna, and from Prince Rupert to McBride.
